Kaela & Joel's Day of FUN!!!
So Joel and I rarely see eachother. We both have such hectic schedules and besides Sunday we see each other only a couple hours a week. Well, he found out that he had a couple of personal days to use up before the end of the year so he decided to take Friday off since it is my day off too. We started the day off and went golfing (I know it's your grandpa's sport-but I love it!) I did pretty well. It was funny because on my first drive Joel said "Yeah, that was good but not quite as far as mine." Well when we got up to our balls mine was about fifteen feet ahead of his. It still is making me smile! After the fun golf game we went to breakfast where I got pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes! (I love pumpkin chocolate chip cookies so this was like dessert for breakfast!) Later we went and saw Forever Strong (The highland rugby movie) and I actually thought it was pretty good. We followed the movie with dinner at Red Lobster! It was a great day! I know it doesn't seem like much but for us just being together is quite a treat. I can't wait for our lives to slow down a little so we can have more days like these.

Hey! When I read this it made me think of that Friends episode where Chandler sets up Joey and Janice and Janice keeps yelling "Joey and Janices' Day of Fun" Just a little side note from my favorite TV show haha :) Sounds like the two of you had a fantastic time! I'm jealous you always have someone to go do something with! Tell Joel hello for me! Hopefully I can see you both soon!
